What is Starting with Tour It on-your-own digital lesson?

In three mini-trainings, you can learn the basics of Tour It and how to get into the tool and use it. You’ll also see how virtual tours can range from informative to explorative.

Each module will be less than 15 minutes to do if you aren’t tinkering in Tour It as well, which we hope you’ll want to do!

How do I start the training?

Here are the steps to get into the lesson sequence. Please use Chrome as your browser.

  1. (Skip if you have an Infiniscope account) Join Infiniscope. Before doing any of the modules, you need to sign up to be an Infiniscope member if you’re not one, so you can have access to the tools during the training. Just complete this form. It takes just a minute!

    1. Check your email. This may take a day for the admin to approve your request. (Don’t attempt to log in until you receive confirmation!)

  2. Sign in to Infiniscope.org

  3. Open the Tools menu next to the profile icon.

  4. Select Argos Lesson Creator.

  1. Open this link - https://app.argos.education/sections/join/vq4ti

  2. Enroll in the course. (And confirm you are not a robot!)

  3. Select Go to Course.

  4. Select Start Course to begin Part 1.

  5. Select Begin Attempt and go through Part 1!

  6. Surveys will be peppered throughout the modules to collect your thoughts and feedback. We’re actively tweaking things to make it better – so your feedback will help a lot of folks.

  7. You are finished with Part 1 when you reach the big teal checkmark! You can then go to Part 2 (then Part 3!)or take a break and come back later!

I’ve already started the training, how do I jump back in?

  1. Repeat steps 1-5 above.
  2. Since you’ve already enrolled, you’ll jump right to the Session’s overview page.
